    These terms govern your use of prodigiai.org, including the Prodon AI assistant and the contact form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

    1. What this site is

    This is an informational website for Prodigi AI, a consultancy that builds AI systems for service businesses. Descriptions of services, timelines, capabilities and pricing philosophy on this site are indicative only. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over anything published here.

    2. The AI assistant

    Prodon is an automated assistant. Its answers are generated by a language model and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for commercial, legal, financial or technical decisions — confirm anything important with us directly. Please do not enter passwords, financial account details, identity numbers, or other sensitive information into the chat.

    3. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • submit false details, spam, or another person's personal data without their consent;
    • attempt to probe, scan, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
    • use automated tools to make bulk requests to the contact form or chat assistant;
    • copy, scrape or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without permission.

    We rate limit our contact and chat endpoints and may block access that appears abusive.

    4. Intellectual property

    All content on this site — text, design, graphics, product screenshots and the Prodigi AI name and marks — belongs to Prodigi AI or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

    5. Third-party links and products

    The site links to third-party sites and products, including our own products hosted elsewhere and material sold through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else on it.

    6. No investment advice

    Any trading, market or financial content on this site — including our TradeDesk trading journal product — is for information, journaling and analysis of your own activity only. It is not investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Prodigi AI is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All decisions and losses are your own.

    7. No warranty

    The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigi AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

    9. Privacy

    Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

    10. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
